  1. Depends on where you are.

On an interstate in Chicago, it would be $375 plus any fines that came out from your court date for reckless driving.

  2. At that speed, it cost another road user their life.

Is that a high enough cost for you?

  3. i'm majoring in law enforcement and if you were doing 114 mph, it would cost you 100 dollars.....for bond.  you'd be arrested on the spot.

  4. You mean besides the suspension of your license? In AZ faster than 85mph is a felony. You go to jail and pay a hefty fine.

  5. Your Drivers License. Well if you have a point system there its bad on your driving record. I am going to say cost at least $200.00 Maybe $250.00

  6. Yes sir "David" is right.

    I got taken to jail for doing a 173MPH in a 45MPH

Coming off the Lake Poncha Train Bridge , Just outside of New Orleans LA.

They impounded my car overnight $170,

    Cost me $200 bond , and a $1000 fine.

I worked offshore at the time so it didn't really cost me anything other a little time delay, and a Driving Record I still smile about, and probably always will.

But I wont never do that again...........

  7. I'm not sure about where you live, but here in Michigan, that's four or six points on your licence, plus licence suspension, plus up to a $3500 fine and possibly three to eleven months in prison.

It depends on if the officer writes you up for excessive speeding, wreckless driving, or wreckless endangerment.
