If you have a rail card or the like, it will be cheaper.

The price is a single fare but return is only a little more on top.

It will cost your purse/wallet cos you will probably get mugged. It will cost you a laundry bill for you re trousers cos the seat will be covered in gum. It will cost you a trip to the chiropractor to have your back straightened with those uncomfortable seats. And it will cost you your dignity cos no doubt some pikey ar$e junkie will sit next to you and try and strike up a conversation.
