for someone who lives in NJ, to open their own bakery?

    there is a list of required things rent or mortgage phone

    water garbage stoves ovens deep frier's mixing machines

    refrigerators ?? there are still more tools

    look at big bucks you need a lawyer and an accountant

    I have no Idea of a number I am a retired fork lift driver

    200 000 cash investment to a line of 500 000 credit??

  2. Well.......you have to put down money for a place, monthly rent/mortgage, business licenses, food licenses, if you need to do construction - that cost, paint, decorating, supplies, and the list goes on and on......

    Probably between $20,000 to $100,000 depending on the size of the location (more to decorate, more expensive place etc, etc.)

    Go talk to a bank and see what you can find and also start talking to other bakeries in your area
