Good location: Northern suburbs - above $2Millions

Ok location: North Western suburbs - between $600K to $2M

Bad location: Western & South Western suburbs - between $300K to $500K

Eastern Suburbs(ave.$2m): Really well looked after area, a mix of the beach life right next to the highest class in fashion and city life.

North Suburbs(ave.$1.5m): Very nice clean area next to Sydneys finest beaches, away from all the hussle and bussle of the city but still quite close to the city.

North Western Suburbs:(ave.$800-$1m): Also a very nice area, well one i really like, close enough to work in the city with the relaxing lifestyle of the suburbs, but really looked after and nice established home for a good family home environment.

Southern Shire:(ave.$750k): Also not a bad area for families, around the beaches, but over the years theres always been controversy in the south, its also known to be isolated to the rest of Sydney.

Western Suburbs(ave.$450-600k): Not the nicest of areas in Sydney always having one of the lowest incomes for jobs, and not much to do for the youth which causes trouble. but to some the west is a place very different to any other area in Sydney, its the pride of most of the tradies and truckers etc.

South West(ave.400-550k): A lower income area with industrial areas everywhere, very little to do with a lot of housing commision. not the nicest of areas in Sydney..

Hi, It depends on the type of house and where it is, if it is an apartment in Chatswood or smoething it would cost about $350,000 and if it is a house in Greenwich (suburb) which also has a view of the city it would cost nowhere under a million. Just shows the value of different places
