Depending on what kind of table it is you may be able to do it yourself.  But if you have the money or not enough man power call your local place who deals in pool tables and equipment.  Other wise if you are just buying the table ask them about it.  Most places will deliver and set it up for you.

Get some quotes from professionals,and be sure to ask if they're owner operators or if they'll be sending employees.

Before you hire any of them go to your biggest (or oldest if you have alot of choices) local pool hall and ask the owner if there's any retirees in the area that do it,and who he uses personally.

Chances are he uses someone of that sort personally,and you can see examples of his work on site.

(they're also usually cheaper than the "pros" and 10x more knowledgable than any hourly employees alot of the "pros" will send you)

honestly your probably going to have to call for a quote as different people charge differently plus depends on what u want done

I live in Florida but the going rate here is $300.00 to $350.00 to re-clothe a 9' table and set it up. That is typically using Samonis (not sure about the spelling) clothe. I recommend hiring a professional if you have a quality table and take the game seriously.
