Most Limo companies are competitive.  I paid $250 for a HUM-VEE limo for 4 hours.   It was awesome.

Depends on where you live, here in Lafayette Indiana it's only $40 an hour with a 2 hour minimum.

Depends where you are at.  In my experience, somewhere between 50-100 per hour.  Usually for a longer ride like that you get a better rate, so I would guesstimate something along the lines of $200-275 as an average.
