How much will my carpet cost?

My room is 10 x 12 and the carpet costs $37 a square yard. How much is it for the carpet?

Don't know what kind of carpet you are looking for but I just looked at some good carpet and it was only 7.50 a sq. yrd. 10x12 is less than 12 yards but we  will figure at 13.33. That would $100.00 plus the pad which is $4.00  thats $53.32 and labor, if you were doing a hole house it would be 3.00 a yrd. for just one room there is a probably a minimum charge. You will need to check on that. It will be between 50 and 100 I would guess.  $250 plus tax should do it.

It will cost 14 square yards times 37 dollars. It will cost about $525.00 for the carpet.
