I am 17 years old and I have hated soda for as long as I can remember. I think the last time I drank a soda was about two years ago. If I never drink soda again, will this add years to my life? Or will it not affect my life that much?

  1. Major positive effect. Its bad for your kidneys and has way to much sugar. U will drop water weight and save your teeth from rotting.

  2. no one should drink soda

your a hero hardly ever drink soda

    it will help your life

    absolutely

  3. This is one of the best things you can do. I read somewhere that not drinking sodas could add 5 years to your life. Besides, soda is really bad for your teeth, skin and digestion. DRINK WATER!

  4. NOT drinking it can only help you live longer!  Soda is as bad (or worse) for your liver as alcohol.

  5. Wow, that's great! You might have sensed that it wasn't good for you, and this sense influenced a change in your eating behavior for the better. I heard that a study was done on girl athletes that proved that girls who drink soda have more broken bones. I think it was supposed to be the phosphoric acid in cola, or the carbonation that was suggested to be the true chemical culprit.
