place im looking at is $475/Mo. electric?

They aren't going to help you unless you have children living with you, and you need to add the child support to your income.

You  also have to work full time.    130 a week is not minimum wage.

After you get a job at minimum wage and work 40 hours you pay 1/3 of your total income (pay and child support) to rent and they pick up the rest.

Of course your landlord has to qualify the unit and you will have to obtain a voucher, which may take a couple of years.
