How much will the average soldier spend in Infantry osut?

The general rule is $50 per month.  If you are frugal, you can do it for less.

As for occasional luxuries, forget them, you will not have any while in training.  However, once you graduate from Infantry OSUT, I would be happy to spring for dinner and drinks at the establishment of your choice.
