How much will this 2 year old dutch warmblood colt grow ?

I am looking at a just turned 2 year old dutch warmblood colt - at the moment he is a bit scrawny and stands around 14.3hh - how much do you think he will grow ?

My Dutch Warmblood is 19 and is 16.3, and they are on the taller side, they are usually tall, I think, although there is another horse at the place i ride at and is as tall as me (i'm 5'4) and she is only 3 so, she might be very tall, but i know this other dw that is 17.3, so i dont know for sure
