  1. That looks like a lot of work and i bet they would need to do it in 2 sittings. One for the outline and one to fill it in. Any decent tattoo studio i reckon would charge at least a £100 or $200 depending where you live.

  2. it depends how big you are wanting it and it will take anything from an hour on wards!

  3. Thats about the same size as the one i have on my thigh your looking around 45-55 pound and maximum a hour and a half

  4. Its really detailed, and you're taking alot of more the artists time with something that size....

I would say at least $200 but I wouldn't be surprised if it was even close to $400 or $500.. it kind of depends where you live (prices are different everywhere) and what tatoo artist you go to. My friend went to a chain place and got a tiny lilly on the back of her neck and it cost her around $260... and it turned out horribly. I went to a really great artist and got the entire top of my foot tatooed with a lilly, vines, stars.. and it was $125... So it depends where you go.

I would say... maybe 4 hours? Possibly longer, depends how much of that detail is going in to it.. .

  5. a life time of misery and embarrassment  -  it's sh*t

useless input is always a pleasure

  6. depends how big you want it. it 'rocks' haha lol

  7. At least two hours. Probably more. It's very detailed so it'll take some time. I think it's nice.

  8. Well, it's quite complicated, coloured and not small.

    Probably about £40 plus.

A friend of mine is having a inch high butterfly on her hip, and that's costing upwards of thirty, but I suppose it depends on the place.

The best thing to do is to go into the tattoo parlour with the design and ask the artist. They'll know their own pricing better than anyone else, and should be happy to discuss design, budget and modifications to the design to suit a price your friend would want to pay.

    Good luck!

  9. For something that detailed they may need to go bigger to stop it looking like a blob in years to come.  The tattoo shop I use charges by the hour (around £70 an hour) so something that takes 3 hours would cost £210.
