How much will utility bills be?

Question

Moving into a 2 bedroom flat soon with my boyfriend soon. How much on average will the gas, elec and water be each month. We know how much rent, countil tax, tv licence etc we will be paying. Both work 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Thanks

water about 40

get a water meter fitted , 30 quid each . and some woolies off your mum and dad !

hard to say really. it all depends on your usage.

i'd budget for £20 water, and then £35 each for the gas & electric - with it being a flat, it should be easier to keep warm... but to be safe.. between £100-120 for all three.
