  1. not enough information.  depends a lot on age, priors, the actual crime, and which state.

  2. depends on the value of goods he stole

    also prior convictions

but the maximum of breaking and entering is up to 5 years.

i reckon if you plan something like this you should at least prepare

for what is going to happen if you got caught.

  3. depends on the state and city, how much the value of the stolen items are that are found in his possession and how old he is.

  4. Dear your question should be............"where can I hide before he gets out"

A friend of mine's, boyfriend broke into a house with a police uniform on. The neighbors called the real police. He spent 3 years for both crimes and when it came time for him to get out. She broke it off and had her a tall beautiful new man, that was into other crimes.

    and

the old boyfriends new girlfriend beat her behind, when she tried to get him back.

Normally first time offenders get a light sentence. But who wants to be with someone that has to break into places?

Get you a real man, with a real future.

  5. My friend's stepson served 7 years, but it depends on many things. Was it daytime or nighttime, what did he take, how did he get caught (did he pawn the stuff), is it his first time, how much what he took was worth, etc.

  6. It depends on the State, City, and County. So it's impossible to determine how long he'll be in with the little information you supplied us with.
