How much wine can I make and store legally in Kentucky?

  1. The federal regulations allow you to make up to 100 gallons per year if you live alone, or 200 gallons if there are multiple people in residence.  I don't know what Kentucky's state laws are specifically, but I do know that some counties have designated themselves as "dry", so if you live in those places you may get into trouble, even if it's not prohibited by Federal law.
