  1. we take any summer dresses that still fit and put a long sleeved onesie and thick tights underneath.  how many clothes they need depends on how often you want to do laundry and how often you change their clothes.  if the outfit they put on in the morning is what they stay in unless their diapers leak poo, then just count the days between laundry days (if you do laundry once a week, she'll need 7 outfits).  if you change them every time they get a bit messy you'll need more.  i would just get some long sleeved onesies (5-10) some pants or jeans (5-7) and some tights.

  2. depends on where you live.

you know your weather better then anyone else

theyll only need two jackets a piece and 5-7 pairs of pants and long sleeves depending on your laundry days

  3. get some good thick pantyhose (3), 4 or 5 sweat sets, 2 or 3 jeans, and  a good 10 to 15 long sleeved shirts with the pantyhose depending on wear you live you can utilize some summer skirts over them, and put shortsleeve over longsleeve shirts with it it's cute.
