How much would I make if I were to recycle 10 pounds of paper?

Paper as in newspaper, magazines, plain paper, line paper, legal sized paper, etc.

  1. ok u r good person ,gather many pounds then u can sell it,or ask a manufacturing company to take it or use it for ur own need......


  2. Ten pounds of paper might pay for the cost of handling it. You really need hundreds, even thousands of pounds to begin to be economical to recycle other than giving it to a collector.

It's going for a whopping 3 cents a pound in my area of California!  You'd get a whole 30 cents if the scales are working properly.  They'll probably give ya a whole quarter in CASH MONEY!  Not enough to bother with when you look at the price of fuel it costs to get it from point A to point B!

  6. go to www.earth911.org to locate a local recycle center. contact the center that takes paper and see what their rate is and how they want it separated.
