How much would IwantNYpizza.com pizza cost for me?

I live in Illinois, pretty much right smack in the middle but on the side closer to Indiana. IwantNYpizza.com is apparently closed for renovations so I was wondering how much it would cost to get a pizza? If you have any questions just ask!

Since it is closed (iwantnypizza.com) why don't you try another place?  There are a ton of places that will ship a pizza to your door.
