How much would Star Trek: Next Generation Trading Cards be worth?

I can't find many places around my area that deal with trading cards..they were my brothers and he filled a 2inch binder with the cards. He has multiples of many but I don't know if he has a complete set. What kind of information can you give me about these cards? Thanks :):):):)
