I need to trailor my drag car to a race in Pennsylvania this July from Connecticut. Leave on Saturday, come home on Monday. Any ideas how much for a pickup truck and trailor? I've never used them before... Thanks ,

  1. call your local U-Haul and ask them there terms and Conditions for your area of your State. Rules and laws vary form City to City in each State. Each State has different laws about rentals.

  2. Most U-Haul dealer don't have pick-ups to rent, but there might in your area.  Unlike one of the answers earlier, if you do a round trip it is $19.95 a day (24 hours) and $0.99 per mile for the truck and $49.95 a day for a auto transport.  Depending on the car, it might not fit on the transport.  You also need to work with you local U-Haul dealer and start talking to them now about your options.  To find you local dealer go to http://finder.uhaul.com/?src=main

  3. Beware that most cheap rates are "in-town-only". If you leave the city limits you'll get hit with a huge "mileage" or "out of town" charge. Thus, comparison shop!
