  2. HAHAHA... first off, we're talking you'd have to import it, cause you'll never find one here... having said that... double the price of how much it costs...and add a bit more!! That's how much it'll cost to have one here. Plus, add money for new rims and suspension...body work...etc... cause once you fall into the first pot hole...its a wreck!! Good Luck!!

Since cars are not built in CR they are all imported so you have to pay taxes everytime you bring a car in the country and the taxes are a minimum of 70% of the cars price so usually you end up paying double of what the cars actual price is here. Thats the only sad part of living in CR. A car that cost $500 in the states usually cost $2k here. A car that cost 2k in the states cost from 4k to 5k here because after the car dealer pays the 70% tax to bring the car in they also have to make a profit so cars here are more expensive then in the states.
