I can't answer your question, but I had never even heard of that.  I looked up pics of an albino peacock, and they are beautiful.  I did read that breeders are hard to find, so I'm guessing the price would be very astronomical.

I'm not sure what country you're in, but here's a price list from a breeder in Australia. The white peafowl are $500 each.
