If its an actual Babe Ruth rookie card, than A. You shouldn't even have one because they're so rare, and B. It would probably go for anywhere between 1-20 thousand dollars, depends on who you sell it to.

The 1933 Goudey # 53 Babe Ruth RC is listed at $5000 - $8000

Edit:  Cracker Jack inserted cards also in their boxes in 1914 and 1915.  Goudey started printing cards in 1933 until 1938.  Most of the 1938 Goudey cards are listed as RC.  The most expensive card in the set is Nap Lajoie at $25,000 and the set is worth $40,000

There's no such thing. They didn't have cards back then. They had earlier cards inserted into tobacco packs but stopped before Ruth began playing. Then Topps introduced cards in the 1950's. So, if you have a ruth card, you're good.
