to knock down 2 walls (non-supporting) - average size 3 bedroom house - knocking the lounge through and kitchen wall into the dining room - and how long would that take?

    Price it up like this, day rate £100 per day per person approx, for the demolition.

    £120 for a skip.

    Plasterers are pricey as it is skilled and will charge £140 per day easy, per person, and electricians charge £40 an hour to visit your proerty and tail off wires.

    Then don't forget the floor screeding (plasterer) another days work.
