How much would a contractor charge to do this...?

how much do you think a contractor would charge to lay laminate floor throughout an entire house, tear down wallpaper as well as wall board then paint, fix a sil in the floor, and put in two new vanities and a spa tub in two bathrooms? as well as some other little jobs... the cost of the materials we will need will be around $10,000 for everything..

You can get easy pricing for this stuff at your local Home depot, they have independent contractors that will give you free pricing. Then decide to use them or contact other contractors.

You didnt mention the footage of the house..is it 1 story 2 story etc..without this info just about any answer with a money amount in it will be incorrect

there are too many uncertainties to know. Are there already vanities and tubs in the bathrooms?  What square footage is the house? is the contractor purchasing all materials too?
