How much would a decent DJ setup cost?

I want to start scratching vinyls and mixing beats, want every bit of it to be PC compatible, starting with ion usb turn tables down to what ever else I'll need, please tell me what all i will need, some good brands, and some links if you would ,just a new hobby i'm getting into so nothing to high end please.. If you are talking about DJ'ing for a live audience you will need:

Laptop with DJ software or Turntables and mixer or CD players and mixer

Powered speakers with amps built in or

speakers and amps

Powered subwoofer or subwoofer and amp

Speaker stands

DJ lights (optional but nice)
