How much would a decent gaming pc cost me??

If you plan on using Vista, you'll need at least 2 gig, but if you're using XP, you'll be fine with 1 gig.  It's not that expensive to upgrade from 1 gig to 2 gig.  It's about 50 bucks.  No big deal.

For a decent PC, you'll probably need to spend anywhere from about 1000 to 1500, depending on what extras you want.
