How much would a fuel pressure test cost me at a garage?

and can I do it myself, and what do I buy to do this test, who sells it, and for how much? Thank You its a 1993 dodge grand caravan, 3.0L V6

Typically 0.3-0.5 hours, $30-50, but be cautious because there are two parts to the equation.  In order for a car to run correctly you need both fuel pressure and volume- independent items.  The most probably fuel failure is pressure but I have also seen volume delivery issues.  Most cases in the caravans the fuel pump just quits, you should be able to hear the pump run when the ignition is first turned on.
