How much would a new bmw key cost for a 92 325i model??

I get keys made for under 30 bucks thru an independent BMW shop.  You need the last 7 numbers of your vin. I'm not quite sure how a person who is not in the industry can get one thru an independent shop.

Just call the dealer's parts dept with your VIN ready, they can quote you.  I am not sure if you need to have another original as proof of ownership, but you may.  I had one made for my 98 M3 for $129.00
