How much would a person expect to pay for a five bedroom house in Eastern Kentucky?

My husband just got a WONDERFUL job! We are looking for a house to buy but I am afraid that the houses that we have looked at have been over priced. I want to be informed when I go to talk to people about buying a house (there are no real estate agents here that I know of). I want to know that I am getting a good deal. Does anyone know about how much a house should cost in Eastern Kentucky?

I searched all counties (120) with 5+ bedrooms for $0-$200,000 and 61 listings were returned. You can do an advanced search to put in which counties you are looking in and other criteria you'd be interested in to limit the search a bit more.
