Most likely well over $100K a year; McDonald's is one of the most expensive food franchises to buy, and the return on investment is one of the reasons for that.

Depends how much the staff eat during the day and waste by making only medium Macs instead of big ones.

A McDonalds franchise wouldn't come cheap no matter where it was but in a shopping mall you have to take into account the through traffic and rent will be high.
