How much would a quality Warhammer 40K table cost to make?

Hello there! I've been considering picking up playing 40K for a long time but I've never really gotten around to it due to the price of the miniatures. However, the thing that draws me to the game most are the tables people make. I love building things and I know building tables is something that I would really enjoy. How much would the table itself cost?

I'm not talkin' something simple like:

As surprising at it may sound, all thosse table should have costed around the same area...

The thing that will cost the most, in my knowledge would be the tools...

Youll need a GOOD foam cutter ( not the batterie one), a couple s***w drivers, spoons, knife with disposable blades, pop cycle sticks, toothpicks...

The main material are 2 or 3 sheets of foam 1" thick, glue, flock and paint.

Time is the biggest concern... not money... The more time you give to your table, the better it will be...

BUT !!!

Having a table like that is sweet, yes... But after a couple games on the same board.... it gets boring...

Think of creating modular terrain instead of on board if you want versatility...
