How much would a small roof repair cost on average?

I am looking to buy a house, but the one I like the best had minor water damage in one room leading me to believe that there is a small leak on the roof. Thanks in advance for your answers.

remember estimates are free. You may need a small repair which could be a couple hundred or major work at several thousand. Call a few contractors and have them check it out.

well my aunt had the same problem too and she also has a small house. she got a nice roof for about 7 grand and her house looks like new :)
