A tattoo that size will take at least 2 hours. Depending on where you go, some places charge by the piece, some places charge by the hour, with a little extra for color. If you find a place that goes by the hour, good places usually charge about $120 per hour, plus a little extra for color. I would say expect to pay somewhere between $300 and $500 and don't believe a person who says you'll pay less than $250.
