  1. If you mean table games dealers (blackjack, craps etc) then not much. Binions is the bottom of the barrel. Maybe 30K per year, possibly a little lower.

    Poker dealers might do a little better and keep their own tips. They bring in some big play for tournaments but otherwise you find a bunch of old retirees down there playing low limits. Tipping the dealer 25 cents per pot if they are lucky. Most poker players are pretty stiff anyway so don't expect to make much dealing poker unless you get into some of the high end rooms.


  2. It depends on the dealer.

    Some just sit there and do their job.  Others go out and do other jobs like dealing in the WSOP or even circuit events.

    So their income is linked to their willingness to work hard and do other jobs.
