  2. R2000-R3000 a month, depending on the area though. that price is what u could find around the cbd: gardens/vredahoek...nice area to live if ur new to cpt

  3. It depends where it is situated, in good areas more than a million, in "bad areas" about R 500 000. You should never buy a one room apartment, it is more difficult to sell than a 2 bedroomed one.

  4. I've been looking around as well. I agree with Lise K but first rent and look around in the area you wan to live. I'm now in my second are and find that I like the previous area better. Different strokes for different folks. . .

    My advice is to first look around and rent. Then find the area you want and then buy.
