How much would an Eurotrip cost?

I'm thinking about going to several countries with a friend in December 2009 and we want to start gathering prices and maintaining a budget. We plan on going to UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands and Greece. How much would all this cost plus regular meals and staying at 3-star hotels?

I'm doing a 10 Italy and Greece tour for about $2200, and it includes airfare, etc.. I think that's reasonable for booking a trip to Europe for about that much.
