How much would an actual Millenium Falcon cost?

It does not actually have to fly, but could anyone give me a conservative estimates or some sites/contacts that would be willing to undertake such a project?

i made a 50 foot replica of the millennium falcon 21/2 years ago i got every detail right outside and inside took me 10 guys and almost 10 grand but i also bought some useless stuff so i think an actual millennium falcon would cost $50-100 mil.
