I have a 1901 house that wasn't much to begin with, and after the "modern" remodel. It's a generic looking box. I found a picture of a 1901 three story house that I think my home could become. I don't know when I'd actually do the remodel, but I'd like to have drawings to show the contractors when I do.

  1. a lot of money!

  2.      $225-575

  3. if you go to a local college and speak to one of the prof.  you may be able to find an advanced student that will do it for little to nothing.  if you intend on using them as the final draft, they will have to be approved by a reg.  arch or engineer.  good luck

  4. anywhere from $200-$500 dollars Good Luck here is some information on carpentry as well

  5. If you're talking about actual construction documents for a full remodel, it will cost you $12,000 plus. You have to remember that you are required to get a permit which will require construction documents. If you're just looking for a hand sketch, then it will cost you significantly less, but a sketch is essentially nothing but a general idea.
