  1. i don't know where you live so i can't give you an estimate on the cost but i can tell you this if you dig the trench from where your main box is to the location you want the service it will save you a big piece of change. by the way check with your local authorities each town now has a different distance that the outlets must be from the pool


  2. Pools can require a lot more than just few GFCI outlets; You may need to have an equipotential bonding grid installed first, which can be pricy.

    Find a good, reputable, licensed electrician in your area and ask for an estimate.  This is definately not  the type of installation you want to turn over to a handyman because the risk of human injury is so high.

    YOU MUST BOND EVERYTHING THE AREA OF THE POOL....NOT GROUND, but  BOND

    pools have the own section in the code many many rules most are counter intuitive so you need to make sure you hire a pro the truly understands pool wiring and is up to date on the latest codes

    I would estimate under  $1000 for an above ground pool if it is made out of all plastic but i have never seen you house so i could be off on my price
