How much would i charge for this piece?

i have some art work that im displaying in an art show. ive never done this before and i was wondering what to price my work at. the link below is one of the pieces that will be displayed. the media is prisma color marker on a 8x10 paper. and if it was enlarged how much would i charge? there are a couple other pieces that ive put links for on here.

How long did it take to make?  How much were the amterials.  What do you feel is a fair wage?  Factor all this in to get a price.  OR Go around to a couple of places with art of the same kind and charge about what they charge.
