i don't wanna get in details but they did a lot of wrong. this company is not major, national but is very prevalent to the area's population. in the worst case scenario, im sueing (sp?) the seller and her real estate agent who's the vice president of the above company.

  1. I understand that you don't want to get into the details, but no one can tell you how much you would get without them.   A lawyer could only evaluate your claim after finding out--

         *  What the company did wrong

         *  How it hurt you (If you caught on to what they were up to before they got away with anything, that limits your damages).

         *  What proof you have ( It's one thing to know what happened.  It's quite another to be able to prove it in court.  For example, if the vice president told you something, he or she can simply deny it later on.)  Unless you have proof that is acceptable in court, you may not be able to win

         *  Did you do anything that could be made to look like you

    were the person at fault?

          *  Was there anything you could have done that would have reduced the amount of harm?  (That's called "mitigation of damages").

And there are lots of other facts that would have to come out before anyone could tell you what your claim is worth.

So, you need to talk with an attorney.  Most attorneys will give you a free (or very low cost) appointment to discuss your situation and see if you have a case.  Get a recommendation from a friend and find out what the attorney recommends.

Good luck.  I hope this helps.
