I am 16, and Im looking into getting a 2005 black Ford mustang premium V6. Just curious?

It's hard to give you a dollar amount without knowing a little bit more about you. Insurance companies look at a number of different factors when determining your insurance rate such as age, gender, make and model of car, location, driving record, and credit history.  I do know that insurance for a 16 year old driving a Mustang is going to be pretty expensive since it is a sports car. That is not the ideal car to insure a teen driver.

I am assuming you are going to be on your parent's policy which is good because your rate will be cheaper that way. Also, if you have a B average or better then you will qualify for the good student discount.  The best thing you can do to get a ball park idea of how much insurance is going to cost you is to do some research online.  I would compare quotes for 3-5 different insurance companies to see which company offers you the cheapest rate.  Have your parent's call their insurance company as well to see what rate they will give you.  Getting quotes online is quick so you can see about how much insurance will cost you for that car.

well it depneds if your going to be on your parents policy or if you have your own policy ask your parents to call their insurance agent and find out or you can serach the web for insurance companies then get a quote with your age and a sports car im ammusing its going to be high
