How much would it be to fix a timing belt on a fiat punto 2000 if it has completely snapped?

If it's an interference motor, could be horrendous(bent valves,damaged pistons). If not, a couple of hundred dollars should do it.

could have bent valves due to cam belt breaking 200/300 pounds,or

new belt tensioner etc 100 easy.if 1000cc engine belt only job .

it cost me £30 for the belt and my father done it mine was completely snapped to, i priced it in the garage + they wanted £200
