  1. Go to a travel agent and he/she will give you the bast deals at the moment. Puerto Plata - Dominican Republic is good for

young people, lot of action !, of course you will need some documents, because you are a minor. Happy to help you

  2. Lots of variables here, so it's hard to say.  If you're getting a 3rd/4th person rate, it would be much less than if you had a separate room [although there are age restrictions for that].  As a rough, ball-park figure, it's $100/day for the cruise [per person], plus tips, drinks [even soft drinks], excursions, shopping, etc.  Cost of flights depends on where you're coming from.

You can go to one of the big travel websites and get a rough idea by inputting your destinations.

Best thing is to ask your friend.

Just a couple of "heads up" details:  You will need a notarized letter of permission from your parents or guardians.  You MAY need a passport [the rules are in flux - double-check on it].

And a friendly, "mom"-type suggestion.  Be sure you are on your best behavior.  The Captain can put off the ship any passengers deemed to be disruptive, and they are then left to get home on their own [i.e. they would put off the entire family].  I'm sure you are very mature and would never do anything stupid, but you hear about it all the time on cruises.

    Have a great time!

  3. i dont realy know but my friend went on a cruise and sed she was still paying it off so id say at least a few thousand but im sure you could find somin cheaper
