How much would it cost me to get my Sony Ericsson buttons fixed?

I have the w580i, I think. The one with the walkman and it's a slider phone. Er, The whole button back button, and by default, Call button doesn't work. My Walkman button fails me, a lot. My up button does not work. My right button is going berserk, and only works sometimes. The rest of the buttons, do work though.

&a little extra: Why do I have to take out my battery just to turn the phone on again?

Taking the battery out re registers it with the network and some people NEVER turn their phones off, it allows the towers to update.

Anyway if you are with at&t the w580i has a device issue for the keys so I believe there is an extended warranty.

If the rep tells you that your warranty out ask them to check the device issues to see if it has been extended.
