  1. Probably nothing, since you would be summarily cancelled with a backyard trampoline.  Don't do it.  The risk of injury is FAR too great to deal with a trampoline.

  2. it depends on the residents age. younger occupants means higher cost since higher risk.

  3. Ask you're insurance company.

  4. Some companies will cancel you for having a trampoline.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT get a trampoline.

It's not a matter of "if" someone will get hurt but "when".  Even the ones with the nets can't prevent a child from taking a bad bounce and breaking arms, legs, teeth and necks.  Most of the trampoline injuries do not involve the child being bounced off it.

And, if someone else bounces on it - your child's friend - and they get hurt - the parents can sue you.

Any time you get sued you risk your financial future. You risk losing every thing you have worked for and will work for.

Is a child's toy worth risking your financial health for?

    I don't  think so.

Let me put it this way,  I'm an insurance adjuster and I will NEVER have a trampoline.  I've seen too many injuries and all of them were severe.

  5. I don't know of ANY insurance companies that charge extra for a trampline.  They'll ALL just flat out cancel you.

Trampolines are more dangerous than pitt bulls, as far as liabiltiy claims go.
