How much would it cost to add a two car garage to a house as well as add a master bed and bath on top?

$150/sf for the Master and Bathroom and $100/sf for the Garage.  I would not recommend having a Master Bedroom over the garage.  Everytime you open the garage door, the floor of the master will vibrate and you will hear the noise.
