I'm looking more at cost of materials rather than labor costs. It's a small paperback, dimensions 8.1 x 5.7 x 0.2 inches, and undamaged.

  1. Doing it yourself, cheap. Depends on what materials you want. You could probably find leather scraps from an upholstery shop free or a couple dollars.Stiff cardboard free or a dollar at a craft and hobby store. Be aware that paperbacks are not printed on non-acid paper though and will eventually yellow and crumble. Done this myself. To do it right you need to seperate the pages int about 20 pages and sew the. Paperbacks are glued to the cover and the glue will break down.
