How much would it cost to bild a 4500 square foot house?

I know there are MANY factors that need to be considered, but for guesstimation purposes, assume that it will be a brick house built from a pre-made design (iow we won't pay an architect to draft a custom floor plan), it'll be one story. 5 br, 4 ba, w/basement and 2 car garage. It'll be on 15 acres of rural land as opposed to a subdivision.
